Usual Adult Dose for Anxiety:
For mild to moderate anxiety: 10 to 15 mg orally 3 to 4 times a day. For severe anxiety: 15 to 30 mg orally 3 to 4 times a day.
Usual Adult Dose for Alcohol Withdrawal:
