Acemycin is a second-generation broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic, prescribed for respiratory infections, including pneumonia, urinary tract infections, peritonitis, skin and skin structure infections, bone and joint infections.
Acemycin contraindication
Hypersensitivity.
Acemycin dosage
IM/IV- Dosage Adults: The usual dosage range is 500 mg to 2 g every 4 to 8 hours. Pediatric Patients (3 months of age and older) 50 to 100 mg/kg/day in equally divided doses
