high potassium (slow heart rate, weak pulse, muscle weakness, tingly feeling); or
low calcium (numbness or tingly feeling around your mouth, fast or slow heart rate, muscle tightness or contraction, overactive reflexes).
Common side effects may include:
cough;
cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat;
muscle pain;
dizziness, drowsiness, headache;
sleep problems (insomnia);
upset stomach, diarrhea, constipation; or
mild skin itching or rash.

Zetpril (2 mg) dosing
Usual Adult Dose for Hypertension:
Initial dose: 1 mg orally once a day in nonblack patients not receiving a diuretic. Maintenance dose: 2 to 4 mg orally once a day. There is little clinical experience with doses above 8 mg.
